Back-Ordered Merchandise
Occasionally a customer will place an order through Qstix, for a product which is currently not in stock. For these orders, we will notify the customer via email, providing an estimated shipping date when the back-ordered merchandise is scheduled to return back in stock. We make every effort in getting the items back in stock and shipped to our customers timely. Our warehouses receive numerous re-stock shipments each month, so merchandise that is not discontinued is constantly being replinished. Qstix DOES NOT maintain accurate stock on hand quantities , on our web site, for our products and thus some items may be out of stock and on back-order.
To maintain free shipping costs, if ANY item(s) ordered is on back-order, Qstix may not ship until all items in that order are in stock. unless a mojority of the order is in stock. If you wish to pay additional shipping charges to have in stock items shipped separately, then please contact us for the additional charges. Qstix will make every effort to send out the in stock items and will inform the customer if multiple shipments will be sent.
Note: If your order was placed via Paypal or a Credit Card (i.e Discover, AMEX, MasterCard, Visa) and you cancel your order after Qstix receives it in their system, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This policy is strictly adhered to when items are not in stock and on back-order.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Qstix. If for some reason you are unhappy let us know and we will make every effort to make it right.
You may return or exchange any new and unused product, excluding special order items. You may also return any new and unused product containing a manufacturer defect. Cues must be unchalked and in original condition to receive full refund or credit.
Used products will be evaluated as the appropriate manufacturer’s policy states. ANY return initiated by the customer that is not due to packaing or shipping defect issues caused by Qstix (i..e. damaged goods, wrong item shipped), will be subject to a return shipping charge of $15.95 as well as additional charges for any new items that will be sent. Each time an order is sent back, a new $15.95 charge will apply,. So if you receive an item, are not happy and send it back twice for example, you will be subject to $15.95 x 2 for a total of $31.90 and so on.
Note: Warping once a cue is chalked is not considered a defect. Refunds must be initiated no later than 30 days from the date the item(s) ships.
To process a return or exchange:
1. Please contact us. We will issue a UPS or DHL call tag upon hearing from you.
2. Pack your product(s) securely and in the appropriate packaging. Damage to products due to poor packaging can affect your refund.
3. Once we receive your product(s) at our warehouse and everything is complete, we will process a refund to your account (less a 10% merchandise restocking fee and shipping charge of $15.95), within 2 business days. Please allow additional time for the credit of your return to show upon your credit card statement OR you can receive a store credit.
4. If your package is damaged due to the shipping company, please contact us within 24 hours. You will be instructed on the procedures to have the product returned to us. We will ensure that you receive proper replacement of the product.

Pricing, Refunds, and Order Cancellations
If your order was placed via credit card (i.e Discover, AMEX, MasterCard, Visa) and you request a refund for any items or cancel your entire order, a 10% processing and restocking fee as well as original shipping charges of $15.95 will be deducted from the refunded amount. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Product Warranty
Qstix will honor a one-year warranty from all manufacturer defects. Claims after one year are subject to manufacturer policies and their approval. Please contact us with any product issues you may have.
Note: Warping once a cue is chalked is not considered a defect and is not eligible for a warranty.

Holiday Schedule
Qstix is a US based company and thus follows some US based holidays for closure including:
- New Years Day - January 1st
- Memorial Day - Last Monday in May
- Independence Day - July 4th
- Labor day - First Monday in September
- Thanksgiving Day - 4th Thursday in November
- X-Mas Day - December 25th
Orders will not be processed or shipped on the above holidays.

Taxes
Qstix.com only collects sales tax for orders delivered to the state of California. Customers placing orders from any other states or countries are responsible for all taxes and/or tariffs that their local governments may apply. Qstix will not be held liable for packages shipped outside the United States.
