Boxes using USPS as a shipping method.  Regular ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States takes approximately 5 to 7 business days. Time in transit and scheduled delivery dates can be located at the UPS or FedEx web sites once you receive confirmation of shipment and a tracking number has been issued. Tracking your order from Qstix is simple! We will email you a tracking number once your order has been shipped. To check on the status of your order go to UPS or FedEx and enter your tracking number or login to your Qstix.com account. International Qstix ships products all over the world, except to: Indonesia, Singapore, East Timor, Hong Kong, Austria and Malaysia. Please note that in some cases where we are not able to verify the billing address of the credit card, you will be asked to provide us with additional information. Be aware that you are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes imposed by your local government. Items shipped outside of the United States will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and takes approximately 8 to 14 business days depending on location being shipped to. Due to laws and regulations in other countries, Qstix will not be held liable for any orders that do not make it to their international destination. We will make every effort to ensure the order is properly packaged and leaves the United States accordingly, as well as we will communicate with the USPS on our side if an order is delayed. Once the order is turned over to a countries local delivery service, Qstix can no longer track the progress of the order and the customer will need to wait for it to arrive. Shipping charges outside the 48 contiguous United States are flat rate based on the region the order is shipped to. Qstix.com will not be held responsible for items sent outside the U.S as there is no tracking information given for USPS packages. Some orders may require additional shipping charges in which case you will be notified, via email, before your order is processed.
