To make a return on a product, please send an email to our customer service help desk at EMAIL ADDRESS. We ask that you please include all of your contact info as well as the reason for your return, and we will provide you with further instructions for sending the item back.
Customers are responsible for any shipping charges incurred returning the item. Unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival, these charges include all shipping costs for sending your order out. Additionally, we unfortunately can not refund you for any customizations done to a cue after it was in your possession.
