1. Do you have a Product Catalog that you can mail to customers?
Unfortunately, with the volume of billiard goods we provide and monthly changes/updates to our product list we do not provide a printed and mailed catalog to our customers. Our product listing changes too frequently to justify having a printed catalog created and maintained regularly. Instead, we offer a Printable Catalog that can be found on our website in the left column under "Customer Service".
2. Does Qstix offer wholesale pricing discounts?
Qstix.com is an online retailer only. We can only offer discounts on our products for Pool Cue and Pool Cue Case purchases that exceed 10 in quantity for the same item. Please email us if you are interested in purchasing more than 10 of the same item and wish to receive a discount.
3. Does Qstix.com have a physical store location or are they just on the web?
Qstix.com is an online web retailer of billiards good only. We do not have a "Brick and Mortar" store or warehouse where products can be viewed and/or tested. We take all orders through our website and ship them from several different warehouses across the country.
4. How can I contact Qstix.com and how long will a response take?
Qstix is an email only customer response web only retailer. All communications between our customers and our store transmit through emails and occur between normal business hours.
Rest assured, Qstix prides our reputation on Customer Satisfaction, therefore we do respond timely to all enquiries submitted and follow-up on all other customer communications.

5. What are your normal business hours?
Being as though we are a web retailer, we take orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For order processing and communications, our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday from 9am - 5pm EST.
