Q: I've never purchased a pool cue before. Where should I start?

A: The best advice for any beginner is to avoid spending a lot of money until you're certain you will like the cue. We recommend looking for a stick for less than $150 to start with. You can use the tab on the left hand side of the page to browse by price range.

Q: Are all of the cues on QStix official brand name models?

A: Yes! We're an official authorized dealer for every brand of cue stick on our website. There's absolutely no difference between the cues here and the ones on the manufacturer's website; the only difference is that we offer more variety as well as discounts unique to QStix.

Q: I only want to get a new shaft for a cue I already own. Do you offer those?

A: Absolutely. We have an entire section dedicated to spare and replacement cue shafts from more than 20 top name brands.

Q: How are your cues packaged for shipment?

A: If the cue comes with a hard case, it is shipped inside the case for protection. Single cues are wrapped securely in foam and then packaged inside a rigid tube. Any accessories or small parts that may accompany your order are packaged alongside the cue in a single box to ensure everything arrives at the same time.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes, we accept orders from all across the globe. Exact shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at the time of purchase.

Q: Do you offer pool cues or merchandise that are not listed on the website?

A: We are working to constantly add new products to our lineup so that our customers can receive the most up-to-date cues and equipment. Often we have merchandise that hasn't been added to the site yet, so please feel free to email us with any requests. If we don't have it, we'll try to get it!

Q: I've never ordered online before. Is it safe?

A: We take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of our transactions. All online transactions are sent through a verified, secure 3rd party server. Furthermore, it is our policy to NEVER store customer payment information. In the unlikely event that our server is compromised, nobody will have access to your credit card information.

Q: What do you mean when you say you offer “superior quality?”

A: Every pool cue on QStix comes from a trusted name brand like McDermott, Lucasi, Scorpion, Rage, Predator, 5280, Rage, among others. Each new cue comes attached with the manufacturer's original warranty, so you can shop with confidence at QStix.com.

Q: What is your privacy policy?

A: At QStix, we will never sell, trade, or give away your information, or in any way compromise your privacy. Take a look at our Policies page for a more detailed view of how we protect your privacy.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Any cue can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund, provided the cue is unchalked and unused. Any separate modifications done by you after receiving the cue are not eligible for a refund.

Q: Many of your pictures do not show a shaft. Do I need to purchase a separate shaft or will the cue come with one?

A: All cues are shipped with the original manufacturer's shaft. We show our product images without this because it allows for more detailed views of the actual cue. Most shafts are relatively similar in appearance.
